4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurant owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their menu items, prices, and availability. Migib Menu does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant-provided information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Migib Menu is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to inaccurate menu information or service interruptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
